The role is responsible for ensuring service reliability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners. /ppbJob Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the operational team responsible for Active Directory / Entra ID,
Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online, Certificate lifecycle management, File Print Services, DNS, DHCP and GPO and Power Platform Copilot /liliEnsure stability, continuity and performance of all Microsoft platform services. /liliOversee incident, problem and change management processes. /liliHandle operational escalations and coordinate with vendors for 3rd level support /liliWork closely with the Architecture Team to implement approved designs and standards /liliMonitor and improve service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics. /liliDrive operational automation, standardization and documentation. /liliManage relationships with vendors and external support teams. /liliSupport audit, compliance and security related operational requirements. /li /ulpbQualifications Skills /b /pulliMaster's degree in a technical or scientific discipline. /liliAt least 6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure operations within complex enterprise environments, with minimum 2 years of leadership or coordination experience. /liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infrastructure services,
Power Platform and Copilot. /liliGood understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices. /liliStrong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent English; German is a plus. /li /ulpbEqual opportunity, pay transparency fairness /b /ppThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.
