we're expanding our Sales team and looking for an Account Executive to join us in Madrid/Milan and drive growth in the Italian market .

Drive Nova's business growth in Italy by owning the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and managing accounts.
Become a trusted advisor to top employers, helping them win the talent war by hiring top professionals faster and more efficiently than traditional methods.
Work closely with the talent agent team to ensure outstanding service, high ROI, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize client success and business impact.
B2B Sales Experience: You have experience managing the entire sales cycle , from prospecting to closing deals, better in SaaS B2B. Active Listening Skills: You know how to listen and ask the right questions to deeply under
