ulliSupport the evaluation and execution of MA transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. /liliPerform financial modelling and analysis to assess the feasibility of opportunities. /liliConduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities in the renewable energy sector. /liliPrepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors during the due diligence process, identifying and addressing key risks and opportunities. /liliAnalyze financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documentation to provide detailed insights. /liliMaintain and update the MA pipeline and transaction tracking tools. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Requirements /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. /liliExperience: 2-4 years of professional experience in MA, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
