h3About this opportunity /h3 pProfessional Scheduler / Project Planner will provide oversight of establishing initial project baseline through completion, acting as owner's representative. /p h3Responsibilities include but are not limited to: /h3 ul liFacilitating the development of a detailed project schedule along with project team and contractor input. /li liDeveloping and improving status collection process to ensure quality progress reporting. /li liAnalysing project schedules including comparing cost/resource curves to actual, tracking float consumption, and change order impact analysis to ensure contractor is compliant with scheduling specification. /li liValidating schedule updates along with a narrative for submission to the project team and stakeholders /li liIdentifying and mitigating threats to the project’s schedule goals and initiate corrective actions through field staff as necessary /li liInterfacing with site management regarding critical schedule activities, change, impacts to schedule, change orders, project progress, and claims analysis. /li liProviding final review of schedules for estimating as requested. /li liFacilitating the team in revising logic for schedule compression, forensic analysis to identify cause and effect of delay and reporting. /li liAnalysing resource loading and adjust the schedule or initiate corrective action as appropriate. /li liProviding information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project work with master scheduling to assess impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages, as well asto show the hierarchy of plans and schedules,



and keep the project team fully informed. /li liReporting on impact analysis for potential delays and changes to project team. /li liManaging change orders, requests for information and updates to project scheduling specific documents. /li liInterpreting project team needs; assessing requirements and identifying solutions to non-standard requests with regards to project schedule /li liAdvising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance. /li /ul h3As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to: /h3 ul liOpportunities to develop and grow your career /li liEmployee Assistance Programme /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for: /h3 h3Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills /h3 ul li5+ years of scheduling / project control experience working for construction projects /li liExpert knowledge of MS Project /li liDirect experience in data center construction a plus. /li liExcellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders /li liSound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint /li liAbility to work as part of a team.
