pTailorFox - your HR Business Partner - for a multinational company, leader in the medical technology sector, is looking for: /p h3DIGITAL MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST /h3 pReporting to the relevant Management and working closely with international and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives, supporting brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in an international environment. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation; /li liManage and update corporate websites through Content Management Systems; /li liDevelop and implement paid social media and other digital advertising campaigns; /li liCollaborate with local media partners to plan and implement advertising and communication activities; /li liMonitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; /li liWork closely with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; /li li2-3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns,



with a proven track record of delivering results; /li liHands-on experience with Content Management Systems; /li liExperience in managing paid social media and/or other paid media campaigns; /li liPrevious experience in an international or multinational company is preferred; /li liFluency in Italian and Spanish, with a good command of English; /li liPrevious experience in the medical technology/med-tech sector is considered a plus; /li liKnowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus; /li liFamiliarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage. /li /ul pThe ideal candidate is characterized by: /p pStrong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive and hands-on approach, results orientation and the ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
