Driven by a Cloud-first, Mobile-first and AI-first strategy, JKIT empowers businesses with innovation, agility, growth, and state-of-the-art security. /p pWe invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of bAssociate Consultant - SAP HCM /b The selected candidate will report to the bSenior Consultant – Core solutions and Services. /b /p pThe bAssociate Consultant /b – bSAP HCM /b will be responsible for: /p ul liMonitoring the helpdesk system, managing incidents and service requests, and resolving SuccessFactors/ESS login issues. /li liSupporting HRIS operations, including SuccessFactors configuration, payroll configuration, system testing, integration monitoring, license management, and system upgrade testing.



/li liDocumenting client requirements, preparing user guides and knowledge base articles, and handling ad hoc reporting requirements. /li liConducting demonstrations, knowledge transfer sessions, and independently handling assigned service requests. /li /ul pbThe ideal candidate should possess: /b /p ul liA degree or equivalent qualification (completed or final year) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. /li liHands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors user interface and basic knowledge of payroll processes. /li liPrior HR experience of 6 months to 1 year will be an added advantage. /li liGood communication skills in English and Sinhala. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, teamwork, and research skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and innovations. /li /ul h3Informazioni sull'azienda /h3 pKeells /p pJohn Keells Group is Sri Lanka's premier Diversified Company, listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange, and a 150-year pillar of the Sri Lankan economy.
