ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.The internship will include the following activities:- Support the production and analysis of the company's budget and forecast.- Support in the monthly and quarterly reporting process to management and the Group CFO.- Assist in variance analysis.- Participate in reconciliation activities- Provide support in preparing specific reports and economic-financial KPIs.- Interfacing with various company functions to gather useful information for the analysis and supervision of company performance.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Hard Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.- Advanced knowledge of Excel; - Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools is considered a plus.Language knowledge:- Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory.- Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.Soft Skills:- Proactivity and willingness to learn.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in team.- Result-oriented mindset.Why join us:We believe people perform at their best when they can grow, collaborate and maintain a healthy work-life balance.For this reason, for this 6-month internship (with possible extension) we offer:- Flexible working approach; - Meal vouchers;- Opportunities for learning, growth and development; - Mentorship, professional development and direct involvement in impactful Finance projects and processes.If you enjoy challenges and actively contribute to company success, we are the right place for you!Workplace: Vimercate (MB)#LI-NB1Settore: InformaticaRuolo: Contabilità/Banca/FinanzaTipo di occupazione: Stage
