Overview
As a Security Sales Specialist for Google Cloud Security, you drive territory growth by promoting security products to new and existing customers and exceeding quarterly targets. You’ll develop and manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from lead generation to onboarding, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers and influencing long-term strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and accurate forecasting, helping customers transform with Google Cloud security solutions.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute a territory development plan to grow security product adoption
- Promote Google Cloud Security to new and existing customers to meet quarterly goals
- Build and manage sales pipelines from lead gen to onboarding
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships to influence strategic direction
- Partner with Marketing,



Customer Engineering, GCP, Customer Success, Channels and Product Engineering to represent customer needs
- Represent Google Cloud Security in regional forecasts and meetings; ensure accurate forecasting in Salesforce and related tools

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of enterprise account management in sales
- 5 years selling to public sector customers in Italy
- 5 years of enterprise security sales in Italy
- Fluent in English and Italian for client relationship management in the region
- Relationship building
- Executive communication
- Customer empathy
- Experience with SIEM solutions (preferred)
- Knowledge of data analytics and transformation strategies
- Familiarity with security partner ecosystem
