pWe are looking for a talented tempo parziale People Director (50-60%) to join our dynamic team, at our Barcelona office. In this role, you will be exposed to an international group spanning various business units, where your ability to protect and nurture our culture and to excel at recruitment will be absolutely key to your success. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliStrategic HR , business partnering - Act as HR Business Partner for all companies in the group. /liliEnsure HR monitoring and compliance. /liliBe accountable for the OKRs process, together with our Chief of Staff. /liliRun the annual employee survey and propose an annual HR plan based on the results. /liliOwn, monitor and act on the people dashboards to steer performance across destinations. /liliPrepare the people slides for our board meetings. /liliCulture, communication , engagement - Be the guardian of our group's culture. /liliLead HR and internal communication projects (internal newsletters, AI trainings, Learning , Development, etc.). /liliOrganise and host our annual offsite for the Eterniti and Emerald Stay team. /liliTalent acquisition , development - Oversee recruitment and training. /liliParticipate in team members' onboardings and offboardings.



/liliDeliver individual training sessions (e.g. presentation or communication skills). /liliHelp managers develop their coaching and mentoring skills. /liliTeam management, entities , tools - Manage two HR team members. /liliComplete the HR integration with the Jewels (acquired companies). /liliHandle key individual HR matters and HR situations that escalated. /liliBe accountable for our HR tools: JazzHR and Skello. /liliDepending on priorities as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved in other projects, in line with your qualifications. /li /ulh3KEY INFORMATION /h3ulliEmployment start: as soon as possible. /liliReporting to the CEO (Maxime Friess) and COO (Laurent Lacourt). /liliPosition based in Barcelona. /liliOccasional travel across our entities and destinations, as needed. /liliPermanent contract (indefinite Spanish contract). /liliTempo parziale position: 20 to 24 hours / week (i.e 50%-60%).
