h3Job Description: /h3h3Essential Job Functions: /h3ulliContribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, with an emphasis on complex and critical components. /liliCollaborate with team members to meet project requirements, actively participating in design and code reviews. /liliProvide technical expertise and support to team efforts, acting as a subject matter expert in specific domains. /liliAssist in solving complex technical challenges, researching and proposing solutions. /liliParticipate in defining software requirements and specifications. /liliDebug and troubleshoot production issues, working closely with operations and support teams. /liliContribute to the assessment and adoption of new technologies and best practices. /liliMentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience /liliTypically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry,
with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of relevant software engineering experience /liliProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies /liliStrong programming and debugging skills /liliFamiliarity with software development practices and methodologies /liliStrong problem-solving skills /liliGood team collaboration and communication abilities /liliWillingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges /li /ulh3Other Qualifications: /h3ulliAdvanced degree in a related field is a plus /liliRelevant certifications or training a plus /li /ulpAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
