pWe are looking forab SAP Solution Specialist /bto supportb LUVE /b that will report to thebBusiness IT Solutions Manager /band will be part ofbICT Department /b. ICT Team is based in Uboldo (VA). /p h3bMission of the role /b /h3 pThe resource will be responsible for managing processes within our SAP S/4HANA system, interact with internal stakeholders, collaborating with different departments to optimize and improve business processes and follow implementation projects and roll-out. /p pStuding of new functionalities and add-on modules will be part of the responsabilities and also AMS support will be part of it. For AMS it’s required to give support to users to facilitate their daily activities and indicating the correct procedure for using SAP transactions according to Company processes. /p h3bYou will be in charge of /b /h3 ul liConfigure and customize the SAP SD module to meet Company business requirements (Solutions + processes rules) and integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, FI, PP, SAP CRM, BI). /li liManage the complete implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-deployment support. Planning and conducting tests, mentoring and training the Key Users, prepare user manuals and functional documentation. /li liCollaborate with sales, logistics, and finance business teams, collect new requirements provide functional expertise when needed in order to integrate processes analyze them and share them with the Group ICT Team /li /ul h3bEducation Experience we are looking for /b /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics or similar. /li liLanguage skills: English and Italian expertise is mandatory both spoken and written at middle-high level. Other languages are appreciate. /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office Applications /li liAt least 5 years of work experience in SAP- S/4HANA SD Module,



preferably in manufacturing complex or international contexts. /li liKnowledge of SAP FIORI. /li /ul h3bQualifications we are looking for /b /h3 ul liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter and result-oriented person. /li liSkills on self long time planning and emergency reaction. /li liSkills on multi-project planning and AMS (Help Desk, ticketing) management tools. /li liExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide multicultural environment. /li liAbility to work in a team, communicate feedback, respect of dead-line and commitment. /li /ul h3bNice to have /b /h3 ul liSAP SD certifications. /li liKnowledge of other sales modules such as CRM, CS , Co-Va. /li liKnowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, SAP PS, PPM) /li liKnowledge of EDI interfaces /li liBasic knowledge of ABAP code and debugging techniques /li liKnowledge of SOD and DOA themes. /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 ul liThe opportunity to join an international, dynamic and continuously evolving environment; /li liProfessional growth and career development opportunities within LUVE; /li liOngoing training and development programs; /li liCompany canteen; /li liDedicated discounts and benefits for the purchase of goods and services. /li /ul pThe indicative gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €50.000,00 - €55.000,00 depending on the candidate's experience and seniority level.
