Join us and let's write our next chapter together. /p h3What you will be doing: /h3 ul liSupervising a team of operatives and drivers /li liMaking sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently /li liPlanning and taking action to achieve service levels targets /li liEducating your team on business goals and service objectives /li liMaking sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift /li /ul h3What do you bring with you: /h3 ul liExperience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable /li liAbility to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail /li liBe energetic and enthusiastic /li liHave a strong customer focus /li liHave good communication skills /li /ul ul liFlexibility and availability to work across different shifts, including nighttime hours, in line with operational requirements /li /ul h3What do we offer: /h3 ul liAttractive compensation package /li liThe annual gross salary for this position ranges from 32K Euro to €38,7k Euro Offer may therefore increase based on several factors, including professional experience, technical skills,
