Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React) based in Italy. /b /p pAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across both backend and frontend layers. You will work extensively with .NET and C# alongside React, Redux, and JavaScript to deliver impactful software solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with opportunities to influence architecture, technical decisions, and development practices. You will contribute to cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform and modern CI/CD practices. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, you will translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will also support code quality and team development through mentoring, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, reliable, and efficient full-stack applications. /li liBuild and maintain backend services using .NET, C#, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. /li liDevelop responsive and maintainable frontend components using React, Redux, and JavaScript. /li liCollaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features. /li liEnsure applications meet high standards for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. /li liWrite clean, efficient, well-documented code while following established engineering best practices. /li liParticipate in code reviews, provide constructive technical feedback, and promote high standards of code quality. /li liTroubleshoot,



debug, and optimize applications to identify and resolve performance or reliability issues. /li liContribute to software architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and long-term engineering strategy. /li liDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment. /li liApply cloud technologies and DevOps practices to improve development and delivery workflows. /li liMentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture. /li liKeep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and identify opportunities for technical improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. /li liAt least 4 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in .NET and C#. /li liSolid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server. /li liStrong frontend development skills with React, Redux, and JavaScript. /li liPractical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based application development. /li liHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. /li liStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns,
