with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages. /liliAttract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates. Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers. /liliCommunicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs. /liliImplement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliMinimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team. /liliExcellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others. /liliProficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliAssociate discount /lili401(k)
