The role will support the reliability, connectivity and security of factory systems, working closely with Global IT team, Engineering, Maintenance and external technology suppliers. The Digital Network Specialist will also support factory digitalization initiatives while contributing to the migration of IT systems from Unilever to TMICC platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong system and networking background, complemented by knowledge of industrial automation environments and enterprise cloud applications. /ph3What you'll be responsible for /h3ulliProvide day-to-day IT operational support for the factory,



including users' tickets resolution, access and permission management, according to corporate standards. /liliSupport the management and troubleshooting of IT and OT network infrastructure, connected devices and industrial communication. /liliManage and support servers, virtual machines and infrastructure devices hosting factory applications. /liliInterface with Global IT for infrastructure, connectivity, support and cybersecurity activities. /liliProvide technical support to software and automation suppliers during installation, integration and troubleshooting. /liliEnsuring reliable data communication between shop-floor systems, digital applications and Azure based solutions. /liliSupport digitalization and automation projects by providing technical expertise on infrastructure, connectivity, devices and data integration requirements /liliMaintain technical documentation of network, IT/OT infrastructure and configurations. /li /ulh3We're looking for someone who /h3ulliHas a background in Computer Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. /liliHas good knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, switching and routing. /liliHas experience with servers, virtual machines and IT/OT infrastructure. /liliUnderstands industrial networks,
