About the Role
As a NOC Technician, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting Vaultica's high standards of service availability, infrastructure reliability, and operational performance.
Working within the Network Operations Center (NOC), you will monitor Vaultica's sites and services, act as a first point of contact for customers, and coordinate closely with Operations, Network, Cybersecurity, and other specialist teams to ensure incidents and requests are handled efficiently.
- Monitor all Vaultica sites through electrical and mechanical monitoring systems, including BMS
- Act as a first point of contact for customers, handling fault notifications, service requests, and operational enquiries
- Monitor customer connectivity services and provide remote support and configuration when required
- Monitor cybersecurity alerts and perform initial assessment and first-response actions
- Identify incidents and involve the appropriate internal specialist teams to support resolution
- Initiate and manage escalation processes when required
- Provide technical end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues
- Document NOC processes, procedures, incidents, and customer interactions in coordination with relevant company departments
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operational activities
- Meet defined KPOs and KPIs and comply with applicable operational standards and procedures
- Contribute actively to the company's continuous improvement and quality processes
- Support effective communication and coordination between customers, Operations teams, and technical specialists
Depending on operational requirements, you will work within a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment, including shift-based coverage where required.
