Moncler is currently looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our teams in Milano for the Winter Season.

You will guide each client through Moncler's heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long-term, sustainable relationships.

Your Impact
Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling and after-sales activities while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing actively to the overall store performance.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Moncler's visual merchandising standards, ensuring product replenishment and effective stock management in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of inventory activities.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit.
