Role Description The Volunteer role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the CS Ladies community and its initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating virtual events, managing community communications,

and assisting with mentorship or peer-support programs. Volunteers may help create and organize resources for members, engage with community participants through online platforms, and support outreach efforts to grow and strengthen the network. The role involves collaborating with other volunteers and organizers to ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all community members.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and inclusively with diverse community members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate activities, manage schedules, and follow through on commitments in a full-time remote setting.
