Job Scope
The External Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and developing an external sales team to achieve sustainable business growth and strengthen Grundfos' market position. The role drives the execution of the sales strategy within the assigned territory, ensuring effective customer engagement, pipeline development, profitable sales growth, and high-performance team delivery. Through coaching, collaboration, and strong stakeholder management,
the position contributes to achieving both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals while supporting Grundfos' customer-centric and sustainability ambitions.
