Skylife is a fast-growing luxury hospitality and travel company operating across Italy, managing a curated portfolio of properties and creating tailor-made experiences and concierge services for an international clientele.
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team.
This is a highly commercial, hands-on role for someone who is proactive, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will work across both B2C sales and B2B business development, with one clear objective: generate new business and grow revenue.
What you'll do
• Manage incoming guest and client enquiries, understand their needs and turn them into bookings and sales.
• Proactively propose experiences, concierge services, transfers, private chefs, tours, activities, villas and other travel services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build relationships with guests before, during and after their stay, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and create additional value.
• Develop new B2B partnerships with hotels, travel agencies,
travel advisors, tour operators, wedding planners, corporate travel companies and other luxury businesses.
• Constantly identify and approach new potential clients, partners and revenue opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and first contact through follow-up, negotiation and closing.
• Develop repeat business and referrals from existing clients and partners.
• Help identify and launch new products, partnerships and commercial channels for Skylife.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Work closely with the wider Skylife team while taking strong individual ownership of commercial results.
Who we're looking for
You have 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, luxury travel, concierge services, real estate, tourism or another high-end service business.
