Operating under GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, we provide end-to-end solutions that cover manufacturing, quality control, regulatory documentation, logistics, and fulfillment.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to help bring our clients' food supplements to the EU market.

? What you'll do
- Prepare and submit food supplement notifications and registrations to competent authorities across EU member states
- Review formulations and dosages for compliance with EU regulations
- Draft and validate labels, leaflets, and health claims
- Assess ingredient status under the Novel Food Regulation (EU) 2015/2283, including botanicals
- Communicate with EU regulators, respond to authority requests, and coordinate product testing in accredited European labs
- Monitor EU food and supplement regulations and keep product dossiers up to date




- Maintain working and reporting documentation

? What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Regulatory Affairs (food supplements, sports nutrition, or food products) with a focus on the EU market
- Strong knowledge of Directive 2002/46/EC and EU rules on labelling (Regulation (EU) 1169/2011), health claims (Regulation (EC) 1924/2006), and Novel Food
- Upper-intermediate or higher English, spoken and written (tested at interview)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- 1C experience is a plus
- Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers
- Strong business communication and writing skills
- Experience working remotely
