Role Description The Business Manager will oversee strategic client engagements, manage key accounts, and drive business growth initiatives across consulting projects. This tempo parziale role involves coordinating with clients to understand their business needs, defining project objectives, and monitoring delivery quality and timelines.



Day-to-day activities include analyzing market and business opportunities, preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and providing guidance to project teams. The Senior Business Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in Milan/Monza, with a little portion of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Also junior candidaes will be considered.
