Organization & Reporting Line
• Direct report to CFO.
• Current location: Corsico (MI).
• Interaction with corporate leadership team and international stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Admin Dept and external payroll/provider structures.

Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner, People & Development will support the People function by driving people development initiatives, organizational projects, internal communication, and talent management processes across the business. The role will also act as HR Business Partner for the corporate population.

Main Responsibilities
• Support managers on organizational effectiveness, people development, and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate and drive performance management and competency mapping projects.
• Contribute to the implementation of internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Interface regularly with reporting/communication flows.

• Design, implement, and monitor training and development programs aligned with business priorities, ensuring quality standards, engagement, and measurable impact.
• Contribute to the development of HR processes and tools currently being built within the organization.
• Design development plans supporting internal career paths and talent growth across the organization.
• Map key positions and key talents, ensuring continuous updates and organizational alignment.
