We are hiring Expert Audio Speech Evaluators based in Italy for an AI speech evaluation project. This is a freelance opportunity for individuals with excellent spoken English, strong conversational ability, and a natural English accent who can assess the quality and naturalness of AI-generated conversations.

Duration: 1 month - 2 months
Compensation: USD 18/hour

About the Role
As an Audio Speech Evaluator, you will interact with an AI system through natural, unscripted conversations and evaluate the quality of the overall conversational experience.
Your feedback will help assess and improve AI speech and conversational performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system
• Evaluate English accent and pronunciation
• Assess tone, intonation, and expressiveness
• Evaluate fluency and conversational flow
• Assess speech naturalness and clarity
• Evaluate pacing and delivery
• Identify inconsistencies or unnatural speech patterns

• Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback
• Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent evaluation quality

Requirements
• Currently based in Italy
• Native English speaker or demonstrably native-level spoken English
• Natural and clear English pronunciation/accent
• Strong spoken and written English
• Excellent conversational and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with spontaneous, unscripted conversations
• Able to explain observations clearly and objectively
