YOUR CHALLENGESyou are responsible for coordinating education and training for both new and existing employees. YOUR TALENTS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility, both in terms of quality and safety
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, logistics or warehouse operations
- English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience in managing training records, reporting and administrative processes
- Preferably knowledge of logistics processes
- Constructive in formulating problems and solutions
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with both operational teams and management
- Availability to join the organization by end of the year (October 2026)
