The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Freelance Sales Representative to help us expand our client base across Europe, with a strong focus on local businesses rather than call centers. Your mission is to build new business relationships and generate revenue by connecting with potential clients who need reliable recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in local markets across Europe.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Actively reach out to businesses via phone calls, email, and social media.
- Present Recruit4Work’s recruitment solutions and negotiate agreements.
- Drive business growth by generating new accounts and revenue.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth candidate delivery and client satisfaction.
