We are looking for a motivated Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management for Mytheresa in Milan.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the global Talents Team in developing and executing talent strategies across all categories, including Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Life and Fine Jewellery.
- Build and independently manage and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with relevant key industry contacts, including talent agencies, influencers, stylists, photographers, managers, and other key partners.
- Develop strategic talent proposals and recommendations for key brand partnerships, campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Take ownership of talent projects from initial concept and outreach through execution and follow‑up, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Support and lead talent‑related events and activations, including guest list strategy and management, talent outreach and coordination, logistics, dressing, and on‑site execution.
