Leidos in Aviano, Italy, is seeking a TEMPO PARZIALE TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) to support TRICARE beneficiaries and active-duty families. This role emphasizes beneficiary education, enrollment processing, and responsive service under the Defense Health Agency program.
You will work 20 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 10 AM–2 PM), perform enrollment updates, PCM changes, education and claims assistance, and data entry, while upholding HIPAA, confidentiality, and security training
