You will lead multidisciplinary teams across areas such as payments, reconciliations, business operations, and digital asset settlement.

The Head of Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring that processes, teams,
and systems are designed to support sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and regulatory standards.
Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Lead and oversee core operational areas, including payments, treasury operations, reconciliations, card operations, back-office processes, and business operations.
Own operational performance, establishing clear metrics, controls, and improvement initiatives to maintain high service standards.
Drive process optimization, automation, and operational transformation through structured methodologies, technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations organization by fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
