We are looking for a Sales Professional (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

INNOMOTICS is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and customer-oriented Sales Professional to accelerate the growth of our synchronous generator business across global industrial, marine, and energy markets.
In this role, you will have a strong focus on managing and growing existing generator accounts, building long-term customer relationships,



and driving sustainable revenue growth from the installed customer base. You will proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, strengthen customer partnerships, and develop commercial offers for medium- and high-voltage synchronous generators.
We are looking for a commercially strong and relationship-driven sales professional who combines technical understanding with a customer-centric mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently in an international environment.
Develop and execute a strategic account management approach for the synchronous generator business within your designated territory, including account planning and account development to drive sustainable business growth. Drive revenue growth and order intake by expanding business within existing customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
