The Opportunity: The Marketing Manager - EMEA will lead the planning and execution of Mattel Masterbrand's highest-profile marketing activations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, bringing the brand to life through breakthrough consumer experiences, integrated campaigns, media partnerships, retail programs and live events.
This role will also lead marketing strategy and activation for select Mattel Creations collaborations with EMEA-based partners,

serving as the regional marketing lead from partnership development through launch execution. Working closely with Global, local market teams and external partners, this role will translate global strategies into culturally relevant regional activations while delivering best-in-class execution that strengthens brand equity, consumer engagement and business impact across EMEA.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role requires a collaborative marketer who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, influence cross-functional stakeholders, steward agency partners and deliver exceptional consumer experiences throughout the region What Your Impact Will Be: Lead planning and execution of Mattel Masterbrand campaigns and evergreen initiatives across EMEA , including integrated marketing, media, experiential, and retail extensions.
