Valmet in Lucca, Italy, is seeking a Customer Service Inside Sales Specialist to manage repair opportunities for machine components on customer production lines, from inquiry through quotation, repair, testing, and return shipment.
You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, Planning, Workshop, and Shipping, reading mechanical drawings and preparing clear technical-commercial quotations in Italian and English.
