We’re looking for a structured and experienced Project Manager (freelance or permanent) to lead branding and marketing projects for leading hospitality clients. Based in Italy (ideally Milan), you’ll work independently and hands‑on – from project scoping to execution – while collaborating closely with our core team. If you’re calm under pressure, fluent in both Italian and English, and ready to help shape both client work and the way FERUS operates, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Project Manager, you will independently lead and deliver branding and marketing projects for our clients – from positioning and identity to campaigns, content and launch. You will work closely with the founder, the Head of Marketing & Communications, and our creative network. Next to the project work, we are looking for someone who not only shapes the future of our clients, but also helps grow and refine FERUS as a company.
