This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial data entry, maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks, entering and tracking purchase order information, reconciling financial activity, and supporting routine accounting processes.
This role requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or related experience and is suited to someone who is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable working independently with financial records and repetitive data-entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
QuickBooks Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
• Record and categorize day-to-day financial transactions.
• Maintain an organized chart of accounts and ensure transactions are coded appropriately.
• Review financial records for missing,
duplicate, or incorrectly categorized transactions.
• Maintain supporting documentation for bookkeeping activity.
• Assist with keeping the general ledger accurate and current.
Purchase Order Data Entry
• Enter purchase orders accurately into the appropriate systems.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders and related documentation.
• Verify purchase order information, including vendors, amounts, dates, and supporting details.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as needed.
• Ensure purchase order records align with relevant invoices and financial documentation.
• Maintain accuracy when processing large volumes of information.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Support
• Assist with recording vendor bills, payments, and customer transactions.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records.
• Track outstanding transactions and flag discrepancies when
