Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global Corporate Communications, ESG and Special Projects Intern to join KIKO MILANO's HQ in Milan.
In this role, you will support the execution of global corporate communication activities, ESG initiatives, and strategic cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, industry associations, and agencies.
In particular, you will:
- Support the execution of the Global Corporate Communication strategy.
- Coordinate relationships with external agencies, vendors, trade associations, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
- Support the identification of reputational risks and emerging topics relevant to the business.
- Assist in managing Corporate Communication and Special Projects from briefing to execution.
- Support vendor selection and pitch processes, including RFP preparation, timeline coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with external communication agencies to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and project objectives.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions, and project documentation.
- Contribute to the development of corporate communication materials, presentations, and spokesperson briefing documents.
- Support the management of relationships with industry associations and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of the Company Profile and other corporate communication assets.
- Support ESG data collection, KPI monitoring, and Sustainability Report preparation.
