Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, develop employee capabilities, and deliver sustainable performance, quality, and cost improvements across the site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, acting as an internal consultant to identify opportunities, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable results.
- Partner with process owners and functional teams to implement sustainable improvements, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with the site's overall improvement strategy.
- Develop, track, and report key performance metrics,
using data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Design and deliver training programs that build continuous improvement capabilities and foster a culture of operational excellence at all levels of the organization.
- Provide coaching and leadership to cross-functional teams, enabling high performance and successful execution of improvement projects.
- Promote the sharing and replication of best practices, ensuring successful solutions are scaled across the plant and leveraged across other sites where applicable.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality within a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, WCM, problem-solving methodologies, and change management principles.
