An established U.S. precision manufacturer is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead a small CNC machining department in a hands-on working-supervisor capacity. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled programmer-machinist who can independently take work from print through programming, setup, prove-out, inspection, and production while training others and taking ownership of day-to-day shop operations.

The Compensation
- $65-85K Base Compensation Range Commensurate with Experience
- Relocation Assistance Considered

The Location
- Plant based in Naples, FL
- Role is 100% Onsite Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

The Role
- Report to the Operations Manager and lead the day-to-day Machine Shop while remaining actively involved in CNC programming, setup, machining, troubleshooting, and inspection.
- Program, set up, prove out, operate, and troubleshoot 3-axis CNC mills and 2-axis CNC lathes, including indexed machining operations.
- Develop machining processes from engineering drawings and models, including tooling,
