The Role
As a Systems Administrator at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, user access, and SaaS tools to ensure a secure and efficient work environment. You will oversee device management, network security, access control,
and IT support for employees across the organization.
This role requires technical expertise in IT systems, cloud-based tools, and security best practices to optimize and scale internal operations.
- This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
- Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
- Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are in place.
- Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
