### Job description
The resource will join the Group Strategic Communication Department, within the Media Relations & ESG Communication area, contributing to the institutional communication of the President and the management of relations with national media. In particular, they will support the President in preparing communication activities for events, institutional initiatives, and speaking platforms, taking care of content preparation, coordination of communication activities, and the enhancement of Group initiatives. The resource will also contribute to national media relations activities and support the preparation of public speeches by top management. The position reports to the Head of Media Relations & ESG Communication.
### Activities
**President's Communication**
* Manage the strategic communication of the President for their own events and those of third parties, institutional and sector-specific speaking platforms.
* Prepare speeches, key messages, briefing notes, Q&A;, and other communication materials.
* Coordinate content collection and ensure consistency and quality of messages.
* Manage the dissemination of statements and the coordination of communication activities with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the promotion of the President's initiatives through the Group's proprietary communication channels.
**National Media Relations**
* Manage relationships with key national media, developing and consolidating relationships with journalists and communication stakeholders.
* Support the planning and execution of press office activities for corporate announcements, events, and institutional initiatives.
* Prepare press releases,
information notes, briefings, Q&A;, and other materials for the media.
**Top Management Speaking Platform**
* Support the preparation of public speeches by the Group's top management.
* Oversee the preparation of speeches, key messages, briefing notes, and supporting materials.
* Coordinate communication activities with event organizers and involved company functions.
* Ensure the enhancement of speaking platforms through external and internal communication activities.
### Requirements
**Experience**
* At least **8-10 years of experience** in Media Relations, Corporate Communications, or Institutional Communication roles, preferably gained in large industrial groups, listed companies, institutions, or leading communication consulting firms.
* Consolidated experience in managing relationships with national media.
* Experience in preparing institutional content and communication supporting top figures.
* Experience in managing institutional events and speaking platforms.
**Required Skills**
* Excellent writing and editing skills for institutional content.
* In-depth knowledge of the Italian media landscape and its dynamics.
* Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate in complex and high-media exposure contexts.
* High attention to detail, ability to manage priorities,
and results-oriented.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, Literature, or related fields.
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Availability to travel, in Italy and abroad.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

**Compensation & Agevolazioni Package**
* For the position in question, the initial gross annual salary will not be less than € 55,000.
