DXC Technology is looking for a Salesforce Consultant with focus on AI & Agentforce.

You will design and deliver Salesforce solutions for complex digital transformation projects, with a focus on AI and automation. You will work closely with clients and support project teams in building scalable and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

-

- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions

- Design end-to-end architectures and integrations

- Develop AI use cases (Agentforce, Einstein, Copilot)

- Support project teams and mentor junior resources

- Manage client stakeholders

Requirements

-

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting/System Integrators

- Experience as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant

- Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)

- Technical skills: Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs

- Experience with AI/Agentforce solutions

- Good English

Nice to have

-

- Salesforce certifications

- Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, OmniStudio

Work Location: Rome (RM) With Lavoro da remoto possibility

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €38.000 Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti)
