usable interfacesPartner with Product and R&D on roadmap and trade-offsMust-have5+ years in product design / UX, including some lead or managementexperienceStrong portfolio covering complex B2B or data-heavy products, preferably instartupsHands-on with modern design tooling Figma; familiarity with Figma Make / AIassisted UX is a plus)Comfortable doing market research, customer discovery and visual design,not just one of themNice-to-haveAEC, construction, fintech, or enterprise SaaS background.Growth that MattersWe hire exceptional people and give them space to lead.
