matrixed organization; Working knowledge of local labor law; Knowledge of HRIS platforms; Track record oftranslating global policy into local practice; Data literacy and strong attention to detailEffective collaboration across cultures in a global-local model; Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters; Preferably advisory and stakeholder management skills.The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 33,000€.
