Reporting directly to the Quality & Performance Training Director, and functionally aligned with the Global Corporate Quality team, the Specialist will work on both operational audits and data-driven analysis, ensuring excellence in guest experience and compliance with luxury hospitality standardsMain Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the company's Quality Management System across hotels in Europe and Maldives; Conduct regular audits, quality visits, and operational walkthroughs to monitor compliance with internal standards and brand guidelines, with frequent travels across Italy and Europe; Analyze guest feedback (e.G., ReviewPro, Internal surveys)



and other performance indicators to detect trends and improvement opportunities; Assist in the rollout of new quality initiatives, SOPs, and training related to brand standards, service excellence, and operational consistency; Collaborating in thedevelopment, delivery and evaluation of Quality Training Programs.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality within luxury segment: hospitality (corporate or multi-property roles preferred), retail; Fluency in English (written and spoken) – Spanish or another language is a strong plus; Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, and other reporting tools; Strong willingness to travel within Europe, Maldives, Messico. xysqume What we offer: Full-time contract (3° liv CCNL Turismo); Salary Range: €29,000 – €33,000 depending on experience and qualifications.LOCATION: MilanThe job offer refers to both gender in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 903/77 and Legislative Decree 125/91
