Legga la descrizione completa qui sotto per avere un quadro completo dei requisiti richiesti.Location: Naples, ItalyContract: PermanentPiloda Group, an Italian holding operating in construction, shipbuilding, and yachting, is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and transform the Group’s People & Culture function across all business units.Reporting directly to General Management, the CPO will define and implement a modern, integrated, and data-driven People Strategy, driving organizational growth, performance, and cross-unit integration.The RoleThe Chief People Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s entire People & Culture function, acting as a business partner and actively contributing to executive decision-making.This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance skills across HR processes, and a data-driven approach,
