and360°/2D pipelinesLead and grow a small team of CV/3D engineers; set quality bar, reviewdesigns and codeApply machine learning to 3D and image data (segmentation, sceneunderstanding, registration, drift correction)Partner with AI, Backend, and Product to close the loop between capture andvalidationMust-have5+ years in computer vision, 3D perception, SLAM, or reality capture, with atleast some lead/tech-lead experienceStrong with point clouds, panoramic/360° imagery, multi-view geometry, andcomputational geometryHands‑on ML experience applied to images and 3D dataProficiency with IFC and 3D web stacks Three.Js or equivalent WebGLAbility to own a domain end‑to‑end, from research to productionNice‑to‑haveAEC, autonomous driving, AR/VR, or geospatial background.Growth that MattersWe hire exceptional people and give them space to lead.
