You combine technical guidance with strong account management and business development. You help shape how My Parcel serves and grows customers in Italy. Your ideas and actions will be visible from day one. Technology meets commerce. You work with the Italian commercial team and specialists in Product, Development, Support and Operations across the wider My Parcel organisation. This is your role You are the technical and commercial point of contact for Italian merchants, from the first solution discussion through implementation and ongoing account development. Technical discovery. Understand a merchant's webshop, marketplaces, shipping flows, OMS/WMS, and operational requirements and translate them into a practical My Parcel setup. Onboarding and implementation.
Guide customers through configuration, testing and go-live, coordinating dependencies and ensuring clear ownership and follow-up. Integration expertise. Support customers working with Shopify, Woo Commerce, Presta Shop, Magento, Lightspeed and Amazon Marketplace, and rapidly build knowledge of new integrations as they are added.
