About the role :

VITEC is looking to strengthen its ability to develop its internal systems, data landscape and digital initiatives in a consistent, secure and scalable manner. We are seeking someone who can connect architecture, business systems, data and operational needs, while helping teams innovate responsibly.

You will define the target architecture for internal digital capabilities and the principles connecting ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, data platforms, reporting, internal applications, automation and AI use cases. You will establish integration and governance rules, support the industrialisation of high-value solutions and help business teams develop solutions within shared standards.

What you’ll do :

- Map the application landscape, key data flows, dependencies, duplication areas and points of vulnerability.
- Define the target architecture, integration principles, solution standards and technical decision records.
- Structure sources of truth, data ownership, master data principles, business definitions and quality rules.
- Establish a simple solution review process covering architecture, data, security, access rights, support, compliance and long-term ownership.
- Support the industrialisation of selected prototypes or local tools: deployment, documentation, monitoring, maintenance, change management and handover to operations.
- Organise knowledge continuity for business systems and the ERP, including architectures, interfaces, business rules and critical dependencies.
- Provide functional oversight of integration, API, automation and internal development work performed by central resources or business representatives.
- Create standards and guardrails for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure, internal web applications and AI use cases.
- Collaborate with IT, business functions, Product Management and R&D;, and direct initiatives with customer potential to the appropriate product governance process (PM).
- Contribute to prioritising the digital and data portfolio based on value, risk, data sensitivity, integration needs and support capacity.

About You :

- You hold an engineering degree or equivalent Master's-level qualification and have at least 10 years of experience, including significant experience in solution architecture, application architecture, business systems or IT transformation within a multi-application environment.
- You have a strong understanding of ERP, CRM, operational data, interfaces, APIs, ETL/ELT and integration patterns.
- You have hands-on experience in data architecture and governance, including sources of truth, ownership, master data, quality,



definitions and traceability.
- You are able to move from strategic framing to the pragmatic resolution of concrete issues.
- You have experience collaborating with business teams, IT, developers, systems integrators and product managers.
- You can structure, document, arbitrate and influence without creating excessive bureaucracy.
- You have professional proficiency in English; French is useful for the local environment and interactions with business teams

You will have knowledge of or have experience working with :

- Epicor or another industrial ERP
- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- Azure and Microsoft data technologies
- Power BI and business intelligence architecture
- Security, access rights and compliance
- Change management and facilitation of business representative communities
