We are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager, to join our HR team.

He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.The Assistant Human Resources Manager supports the HR Manager at Splendido, a Belmond Hotel across a broad range of HR functions. This role will be instrumental in contributing to the hotel’s success by assisting in the execution of HR strategies related to training and development, learning initiatives, HR reporting, HRIS systems, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Assist in the planning of training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Support the HR Manager in the analysis of HR reports.
Assist in the maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow processes.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs as well as special initiatives for the employees’ wellbeing.
Around 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR reporting and analytics.
Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Italian is highly desirable.
