h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Commercial Business Transformation Manager is responsible for designing, developing and driving the evolution of commercial processes, governance models, operating frameworks and digital business requirements supporting the growth of the Cooling business. /p pThe role acts as an internal transformation leader, working closely with Sales, Tendering, Product Management, Marketing and Business Operations teams to define future-state commercial processes, develop business playbooks and support the implementation of major business and digital transformation initiatives. /p pSuccess in this position requires a combination of commercial understanding, process design capability, structured problem solving and change leadership to ensure that business growth can be supported through scalable, efficient and standardized ways of working. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Commercial Process Design /h3 ul liLead the design and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the customer journey. /li liAnalyze existing ways of working and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and efficiency improvements. /li liDefine future-state commercial operating models supporting business scalability and regional growth. /li liFacilitate alignment across stakeholders and functions on new process definitions and governance structures. /li liDrive process harmonization while maintaining flexibility for different business environments and market needs. /li /ul h3Commercial Playbooks Governance /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain commercial playbooks, operating procedures and business guidelines. /li liTranslate strategic objectives into clear execution frameworks and actionable operating models. /li liEstablish governance mechanisms supporting consistent execution across the organization. /li liCreate best-practice repositories and standard methodologies for recurring commercial activities. /li liDefine roles, responsibilities, decision-making frameworks and escalation paths for critical commercial processes. /li /ul h3Digital Transformation Business Requirements /h3 ul liAct as business process owner for commercial transformation initiatives involving digital platforms and enterprise systems. /li liDefine business requirements, user stories and functional specifications supporting process digitization. /li liCollaborate with IT, digital and business teams to ensure future solutions adequately support commercial objectives. /li liParticipate in testing, validation and business readiness activities associated with new system deployments. /li liEnsure alignment between commercial processes and digital tool capabilities. /li /ul h3Strategic Initiatives Management /h3 ul liSupport cross-functional transformation projects impacting commercial effectiveness and business performance. /li liStructure transformation roadmaps, milestones and implementation plans. /li liCoordinate initiative tracking, action management and progress reviews. /li liMonitor risks, dependencies and organizational impacts associated with transformation programs.Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources to maximize business impact. /li /ul h3Business Performance Insights /h3 ul liDefine performance indicators for commercial processes and transformation initiatives. /li liMonitor effectiveness of newly implemented frameworks and methodologies. /li liIdentify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions. /li liSupport leadership decision-making through data analysis, business insights and performance reporting.
