important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.#ELC Corporate Sales TeamThe RoleThe Sales Analyst Assistant will join the Corporate Sales team and collaborate with the corporate marketing functions in the following activities:support in managing commercial contracts;support in managing the new client onboarding process;support in communication and coordination of the sales force;accurate analysis of sales KPIs and creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;support in managing the execution of marketing plans;support in organizing sales meetings;management of material price lists;support in implementing a new order management program.RequirementsStrong organizational and time management skills;Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;Excellent knowledge of the English language;Excellent knowledge of the main computer tools, Outlook and the full Office suite (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint);Ability to work in a dynamic environment and monitor multiple projects simultaneously;Proactive, creative, and analytical approach.
